Intelligent automatic edge sewing machine

Equipped with a high-precision automatic rotating edge-sealing worktable and an imported sewing machine head that moves at a uniform speed, the edge stitching is tight and flat, greatly improving the pressure resistance of the mattress edge.

Export rolls

Vacuum compression roll packaging line

Heavy-duty hydraulic presses instantly complete high-ratio vacuum compression, and automatic roll-up equipment rolls the packages without damage, reducing volume by 75% and significantly lowering cross-border logistics and warehousing costs.

200,000 roller pressure tests

A 140-kilogram heavy-duty roller is used to circulate on the mattress surface, simulating fatigue wear from more than 20 years of home use, ensuring zero structural deformation.

Raw material tensile and flame retardant testing

The high-elastic sponge, knitted fabric and spring steel wire were subjected to ultimate tensile strength tests and met the American standard CFR1633 and the British standard BS7177 flame retardant standards.
